Are you trying to spend less money this year? An easy way to spend less money is by purchasing items when they are at their lowest price. You can stock up and spend less on your grocery bill. It is such an easy way to save money without sacrificing a lot of your time. Check out the top 5 things to buy in March to save.
Frozen Foods- March is frozen foods month. This is a fantastic month to stock up on everything from frozen pizza to frozen fish. We will see lots of good sales and coupons to go with the deals. I love to buy some frozen pizzas for those crazy nights I get busy and don't feel like cooking.
Household Cleaners- March is also spring cleaning month. There will be sales and deals on all the household cleaners and supplies. Stock up on enough to last you a couple of months. I can often find cleaners for free or very cheap and I buy for all year long. It's a great way to save money on those household supplies.
Chocolate- With Valentine's Day just ending we will see lots of clearance chocolates and candy. Although some of the candy may be marked for Valentine's Day you can still stock up on chocolates for baking and cooking.
St. Patrick's Day Foods- St. Patrick's Day is in March and will bring good deals on corned beef, cabbage, and other St. Patrick's Day items. Wait until after St. Patrick's Day to really see some deals. Corned beef is easy to make in the slow cooker for busy nights. I like to buy corned beef on sale and put it in the freezer to use all year long.
Winter Clearance- Spring is on its way and we will see huge winter clearance sales. I love getting a size up snow pants and winter coats for my son on mega clearance. I can often find all kinds of winter clothes on sale for 75% off or even more. It's a fantastic time to stock up for next winter.
